I’m excited to announce that, with help from Sagamore Institute, I’m hosting a “soft launch” of the Rivendell Center at the Tribeca Film Center in New York City. The Rivendell Center is an academic center dedicated to exploring and defending the classical-Christian inheritance of Western civilization. Its initiatives are aimed primarily at college students and young professionals in NY City.
We will kick off the evening with a screening of my new documentary film RUSH: The American Revolution’s Indispensable Doctor, produced in partnership with my brilliant filmmaker friends at Noble Story Co. My good friend, author Os Guinness, will join us in a conversation about the film and America’s 250th. Immediately after the screening, we’ll walk next door to the Locanda Verde Restaurant in Tribeca for drinks and hors d’oeuvres, where I will join with others to lay out the vision for the Rivendell Center.
